The variety of mushrooms I'll discuss , within this site, are Reishi, Shiitake, Maitake, Golden Oyster, King Oyster, Blue Oyster, Wild Trametes Versicolor.
I prefer them for no certain reasons other than they appeal to me. Initially they were merely visually appealing to me. Given time and research, I found them all the more interesting.
As I've mentioned at the home page, I've cultivated them using various techniques but have settled on Stamet's Peroxide technique.
Below I'd like to outline the unique qualities of each. They are fantastic!
